Cyberstaff is genuinely excellent. I have tried several ai and human receptionists and cyberstaff’s offering is in a league of its own.

Really impressed with the service. Everything from the start was easy and the team were helpful whenever we had any questions. Would definitely recommend.

Awesome service, which we rely on now. The AI receptionists take a lot of stress away when we are busy. Most people enjoy communicating with AI; he/she. It's good value for money, and this company doesn't charge an arm and a leg, really, and they are very helpful when needed; just one WhatsApp message can sort your problem instantly.

Cyberstaff has genuinely surprised me. I expected a basic call-answering tool, but what I got was an AI receptionist that handles questions about my treatments, prices, FAQs and how to book in a way that sounds natural, takes clear messages, and keeps my clients looked after when I'm mid-appointment. It was very easy to set up, and it's genuinely helped cover times when I can't answer. So much better than voicemail. I was worried clients wouldn't like it, but feedback has been very positive.

Have been using the Ai receptionist to help run my parents hospitality business. Was sceptical at first as to whether customers would be happy to speak with AI but we've had great results so far, very human like. Best thing for us has been the customisation and flows you can create to the point where almost every call can be dealt with by the AI (if you wish). The customer team were really helpful in our initial set up but it's quite straight forward once you get the hang of it to personalise it further. Would definitely recommend if you regularly receive customer calls.

Great tool, very handy, and great support team

This really changed my business, it's amazing.
So you can set your own questions to ask callers, then you can integrate it with your calender so customers can call up check their bookings ask to amend their booking and more definitely worth the money if your juggling admin and still working.
Teams very helpful and reachable within hours, systems are very smooth.

10/10 from me highly recommend

Have quite a complicated system and didnt think AI could do it but handling it better than me. Very easy to use and quick to set up and support is great even over bank holiday weekends

Such an amazing help to the business, reduces missed calls, so detailed and captures all the information we need to call a customer back and provide the correct necessary answers they require. Really happy with the AI team!

What a Team, What A product....If Carlsberg would do AI Answering systems probably would be the best in the world also.
