Cyber Essentials + Audit
Our second CE+ audit as a stand alone business entity.
This year we used cyberlab and it has been a seamless process from start to finish.
Our auditer, Hugo, is a very friendly guy certainly helps negate some of the tension you feel with an audit of this type. Smooth communication throughout definitely making this a company I would recommend for any business going through their Cyber Essentials audits.

Helped with Certification
Cyberlab guided TrainPlus through the process of achieving the Cyber Essentials Plus certification. Their staff is very helpful and allowed me to understand what was required in order to pass.

From start to finish the staff at Cyberlab were helpful, professional and friendly. Helped when we did not understand some aspects of what was required and nothing was too much trouble. Process was made easier through the information provided on what to expect. Highly recommend.

Excellent, professional, personalised service
The service provided by Cyber Lab, and in particular Hugo, was excellent in achieving our reaccreditation for a 3rd year. A much more personalised service than we have experienced in previous years from other providers. We will almost certainly use again.

Efficient and professional
They were extremely efficient and professional in auditing our IT system. Their staff were completely accommodating to our needs and got us Cyber Essentials Plus certified very quickly and with as little disruption to our working day as possible. Highly recomended.

Cyber Essentials Plus
This is our 4th year of CE+ accreditation, but our first using Cyberlab. This year has been by far the most painless, largely due to Hugo & Rob understanding the needs of SME's. We shall be offering next years assessment to Cyberlab.

Flawless Process
Cyberlab were great throughout the process of us passing CE and CE+. We engaged them early to gain a quote for the work and they were patient, but attentive through a period of a few months whilst we decided when we wanted to start the work and formally commission Cyberlab.
Once the process started, completing Cyberlab Essentials was straightforward using the portal and working with Hugo to remediate the areas of weakness was painless and efficient.
The CE+ process was straightforward and because we are an SME, conducted very efficiently. We were talked through what would happen during the process it as conducted as described.
I would recommend Cyberlab to help you through CE and CE+.
