CyberLab offered us a comprehensive package at a competitive price for re-certification of our company for Cybersecurity Essential Plus (CE+). The whole process was well managed with good attention to details with advice and support both for completing the IASME Questionnaire and for addressing issues in the vulnerability report. It was a daunting task when we started as I am not an IT person. CyberLab made it easy for me and was very patient and understanding. I have a learnt a lot from the process about my own systems which I have in place!! Explanations and guidance were readily available.

We've used CyberLab as our CE+ auditors for the last few years now and would highly recommend them. Their communication and the service they provide are both excellent - their auditors are extremely helpful when it comes to identifying and resolving problems. CE+ compliance is a continually evolving process with more in scope each year but CyberLabs have helped make us confident that we can deal with whatever needs doing to maintain our accreditation.
