A massive thank you to Glen and Paula! Our initial enquiry about 2 kittens was responded to promptly and the whole process was thorough but speedy. The level of care Glen and Paula give the rescues they foster is next level, and also to us! They gave up multiple evenings for us to spend time with the kittens and have been happy to answer any questions we’ve had. A great organisation and a lovely couple!

A brilliant cat rescue organisation. The cats are fully prepped before being rehomed which is not the case with other organisations where neutering, for example, is left to owners who then never get around to it. Thus more unwanted kittens.

They also have the sad task of trying to save the unsaveable which must be heartbreaking for everyone involved.

Highly recommended!

Cat Watch Rescue has the most wonderful bunch of volunteers that the cats could ever wish for! The cats come first, in what is best for them, they are all loved and cared for unconditionally and nothing is too much trouble to get them well and happy! I can't sing their praises highly enough. I see this on an almost daily basis. The advice given by Marnie( the founder of the charity) to fosterer or adopters is first class too. Everyone involved in Cat Watch is incredible.

The rescue is amazing, not only did they consider our rehoming request on a case by case basis (I have a five year old which has precluded me from many other rescues, but I am an experienced cat owner and my daughter had cats from birth so is very clear on expectations) but they have gone above and beyond to support post rehoming with helpful guidance - and once you adopt you get to join a lovely community of other adopters to continue sharing your journey ❤️

Over 2 different years, we have adopted two beautiful kitties from Cat Watch Amesbury. The second one (now called Barney), was actually as a result of Marnie reaching out to us, recognising that he would be perfect for us + our situation, + should bond well with the cat we previously adopted from them (now called Cleo). She was absolutely right! She has such a passion for what she does + always puts the cats first. The adoption fees are a little higher, but you know the money will be used in all the cats' best interest - getting them neutered/spayed + treating any illnesses or injuries before adopting them out, + making sure they're warm, fed + happy whilst waiting for their forever homes. Cannot recommend Cat Watch Amesbury enough! If we're ever in the position to be able to take in a third kitty, we'll be straight there!

Following my enquiry I was contacted the very next day by a very friendly and kind foster couple. We promptly arranged to meet at which time we discussed adoption and all / any questions I had were more than covered. The process was thorough but quick. It is so lovely to see these little kittens so well taken care of in their foster home. As for the adoption itself, it was arranged so that the vaccinations etc could take place at my local vets.
All was sorted for me, all I needed to do was arrange a transfer and collection. Could not recommend more highly!!

We adopted 2 gorgeous kittens from Cat Watch Rescue fosterers Glen and Paula. We had great communication throughout the process. Once we were verified as suitable adopters, Glen and Paula went out their way to ensure the kittens had the smoothest transition possible to their new home. We've just adopted two amazing kittens from Cat Watch and we couldn't be happier. Cat Watch are amazing and set us up perfectly as new owners. All the vaccinations, spaying/neutering and micropchipping was done for us and the foster was so helpful in setting us up to take the kittens.

The dedicated team at Cat Watch guided me to a perfect match. They do incredible work and never turn a kitty in need away, often travelling many miles to undertake a rescue. Really special people.

I visited cat watch in the early days when they rescued a mother & kittens on a site where I work. The dedication of Marnie & her team are exceptional, they will go to extreme lengths to make sure that any vulnerable or homeless cats & kittens are looked after. If you are looking to adopt a cat or kitten I would recommend you call cat watch, all adoptees are neutered & chipped, all you have to do is give them a loving forever home.

Our experience of adopting a kitten through cat watch rescue shelter was wonderful. They were so helpful in every way and made the process of adopting as easy as possible. Cat watch rescue have recently helped me with 2 stray cats on seperate occasions. Very caring and willing to help the cats and taking them into their care at short notice. A lovely rescue. Keep up the great work 😻

We adopted Millie from Paula and Glen and are very very pleased. Paula and Glen are a wonderful and caring couple. Not only are we pleased to have met them, we were very impressed to see how they look after kittens, the time and care they put into nurturing and socialising the cats for adoption. Wonderful. After losing our dearest companion just before Christmas 2023, we decided we would take a year off cat care duties and two weeks into the new year were touched by an appeal of four Bengals needing a home. We decided we could take two and after completing a comprehensive adoption process (it gives you time to reflect on the reality and cost of taking on new cats) we met the two boys that had been matched to us and very excitedly made plans to bring them home. No need to go on about how much joy and happiness the cats bring us (that goes without saying). When dealing with Cat Watch Rescue Shelter, every person you are in contact with has animal welfare as their top priority; a deep love for the animals they rescue is the only way to explain the care and support they so generously expend on every furry body that comes their way.

We adopted two cats from CWRS in 2022. The whole experience was positive and if I was looking for more cats, I would definitely adopt via CWRS again. The process was quick and straight forward. From completing an online form to express interest in the cats, to taking them home, took less than a week. The progress at that time involved a virtual interview and house inspection with one volunteer, to check that we were suitable to adopt, a telephone discussion with the foster 'parent' to see it the cats of interest were right for us and finally meeting the cats at their foster home. Both volunteers prioritised the cats' needs and were keen to make sure that we were the right match for the cats. The adoption fee is good value as it includes neutering, flea and worm treatment and initial insurance.
