In difficult times

In difficult times, I found amazing customer service and support with CW. I prefer personal contact, so I order by phone. The agents I've talked to have made me feel like a friend, while helping me place orders. Love the new website!

Great Packaging

You always worry when receiving liquid of any kind by delivery, however, their packaging was insane and well thought out, very little chance of some delivery driver or handler breaking my precious cargo in-route. Well done, will continue to purchase from them.

I searched numerous sites to find the…super fast delivery

I searched numerous sites to find the scotch I wanted. Dalmore 15 year old has been hard to find for over a year, since tariffs put in place. Finally found at CW, then was informed they were out of stock. But after receiving a call from CW and promised it would be expedited, I was very pleased and stunned when it arrived in two days! California to Michigan during a pandemic. Will definitely order from here again! Thanks

I really enjoyed using your company…Safe Reliable Delivery

I really enjoyed using your company this last month. I really liked the selection and variety. I especially was impressed by the safe and timely delivery. What creative packaging. It must allow you to make deliveries anywhere with total confidence that it will arrive at is destination all in one piece. Fantastic!

Your business is great

Your business is great. And I will be buying from you again. My biggest problem is with FedEx. Your company got it to them the day after I ordered. My order Sat in San Diego for five days before it left to come north to deliver my order. Then it still took almost ten days to get my order. You have good product's!!! Thank you.

Really!?! Styrofoam peanuts?

Really!?! Styrofoam peanuts?

Would have given a wonderful 5 stars but you deviated from normal shipping and sent me a box full of plastic wrap, tape, and Styrofoam peanuts.

Bourbon and Styrofoam peanuts are a recipe for disaster. Just sayin' ... Please bring back the solid Styrofoam containers.

Everything else was perfect as always. Great selection and quick FREE shipping.
