Bought one or two watches from here, can't fault the service.
Absolutely disgusted
Absolutely disgusted ! I bought a ring which looked like a sheep with some blue John stone got its face. I didn’t even have it a week and the sheep ear broke off. I rang the company and was initially told I would get a refund although i’d bought it at Chatsworth house stables . Then I was informed that they only give refunds to purchases that were done online, I’d paid by debit card. I sent the ring back before I knew about this. I was offered a credit note or a replacement ring. I didn’t want either, I wanted a refund. After numerous phone called and emails and tears, I got my refund , but only now because I’d contacted trading standards which told me I was in my rights to get a full refund as I’d returned the ring within 30 days, (Actually less than one week after I’d bought it) Sellers wanted proof of this email from trading standards. Once they saw it, I was asked for my bank details for a full refund, but was told they don’t usually give refunds! For a seemingly reputable company selling very expensive jewellery and watches, and to be associated with Chatsworth house estate , I’m totally disgusted! I will never ever buy anything from this jeweller again! I did get my refund over two weeks after sending the broken ring back.

I would give minus stars if I could. This is the worst service I have ever received and I am still being given excuses regarding a request for a refund. I made a purchase on Nov 1st for a nearly $1000 watch which the company did not have in stock, I was charged for the watch while they tried to source it even though I told them it was now out fo stock from the manufacturer. They gave me excuse after excuse as I followed up for a month. Then they told me the package was lost from the manufacturer and didn't offer a resolution so I asked for a refund. I was told it would take 7-10 days to get the refund which I challenged, they then said it would be 5-7 days. It has now been 7 days and still no refund, this company is an absolute joke and the customer service is horrendous. Stay far away from ordering luxury items with this company. I will be disputing the charge with my credit card company as I have no faith I am actually going to get a refund from them, at this point I don't think they are a reputable company.

I had to return a Watch under warranty as it was loosing over seven minutes a week. It has taken over FOUR months for it to be finally returned to me. I have had to make numerous phone calls and send many emails requesting information but to no avail. This was bad enough, BUT, when I checked the watch on its return, it was badly scratched on its back!! It was 'As New' before it was sent back to CW SELLORS JURA WATCHES. I don't think it was ever sent back to the Brand! I'm sure CW SELLORS JURA WATCHES did the damage themselves. I have informed them of this and sent photo evidence and asked for confirmation of what was (if anything) was actually done to repair the watch. I am still waiting to hear from them.
To say I am VERY disappointed with the customer service is an understatement. Would I buy from CW SELLORS JURA WATCHES again? NO. Would I recommend CW SELLORS JURA WATCHES to anyone? NO.

I purchased a £3,700.00 ring from these which said it was in stock and ok for next day delivery on order No CW52504, But after they took the money they emailed me to say the ring is not in stock and there would be a 4 - 5 week wait. They then asked me if there was an alternative ring that i wanted so i sent some ideas from there website and that was the last i heard from them, I have now sent them an email cancelling my order for a refund i am sure the owner would be happy about this . Totally appalling customer service.

I’ve used this company once to buy a Garmin Epix. I found the whole process as it should be with no issues. However, I omitted to add the free second watch strap at the end of my order and it only turned up with the one strap.
I called the company, who answered the call promptly and there were no issues with getting through.
I explained that I’d forgotten to add the second strap on the order and they said they’d send me the additional item out.
The young lady who I deal with, was brilliant. She listened, was extremely pleasant and personable. If CW Sellors we’re closer to my company - I’d have poached her!!
In a country where customer services seems to be very very much on the decline, this was a shock to the system!

I purchased a watch from cw sellers /jura 3 months ago and was told when the watch comes to them direct from the company in Switzerland really !,within 2/3 weeks. they'll check it over to make sure its perfect !that was dated 11/01 the watch was shipped on the 19/01that was quick from Switzerland

but a letter to say that it will be forwarded on once the money back guarantee period has passed?! does that mean their holding on to the warranty card incase I complain about my purchase and can't claim a refund sounds very dodgy to me, apparently the warranty card should come in the box when its shipped to me no question. I've spent several phone calls to question this and got nowhere palmed off "its coming from the manufacturer" or no returned call.
I have sought info about this and CW SELLORS/JURA are pulling a fast one , and I should have my warranty card in time so I can claim my free extra years warranty from the manufacturers before my 90 days run out its already been two and a bit months.
If your looking for a nice luxury watch do NOT buy from this company they need to sort out their team and communication and customer relations

But are seemingly are merely marketing tools and a honey trap for the company in mention..

"Our Price Match Promise guarantees that if you find any of our jewellery or watches at a lower advertised price elsewhere, we will provide an instant price match for you."
Sadly this just isn't true it was more a case than instead of honouring their pledge it seemed the request to price match had called their bluff!
Every criteria was met even as the representative squirmed and wiggled and suggested that the other company wasn't an authorised dealer! (the manufacturer confirmed on their site the said company was) then Jura agreed to lower to a lower price (although checkout upon the other company showed a significantly lower one than cwsellors /jura) turns out cwsellors /juras price was originally almost £300 higher than the other authorised retailer..
Cwsellors / Jura then drew upon their escape hatch by refusing to do the price match but only to lower theirs in the deal... Where as in I being person raised and taught about honouring my word stuck to my previous statement "to call me back and the day will conclude with a sale" - (meanwhile I decided to investigate the company I was previously going to use as the price match who Jura suggested were not authorised dealers etc) so I valued my promise even to my own cost which is less than I can say about this company... Yes you will get what you have ordered etc as item description by manufacturer. But the company has lost its integrity in my eye's after EVERY SINGLE detail that was fulfilled to qualify for their promise was presented including in stock available to ship within 3 days etc the other authorised dealer..
Cwsellors /Jura said they'd be no money in it for them well there was another at least £140 loss for me even after price lowered! loss for me at cost of my promise being kept... And I wouldn't mind being a penny behind cwsellors /jura's profits they collect and I'm supporting a UK business that sadly didn't support their customer...! I sadly even didn't get my free gift even though I NEVER got price match-(price match disqualifies you from free gift).. - as cwsellors /Jura said would be too much of a loss to them... I think the company needs to rewrite their boastful bold declaration as its not as described... I was left feeling like I'd committed an offence against the giants after basically taking them up upon their own "Committed Guarantee and Promise" while I kept to mine..
