I had a problem connecting my pipework to a skimmer purchased. I contacted customer services who quickly recognised the problem and sent an adapter next day to sort the problem. 11 out of 10.....great service

Was told to be expecting delivery for my glass on the 20th and didn't receive it untill the 23rd . Even though I had to pay someone to be at my home all day waiting and having to take a full day off work and been self employed wasnt the best . After losing a day's wage. Won't be using this company again for anything.

Good price for what I ordered and included delivery. Timescale for delivery was accurate and had email update closer to delivery date.

Spent ages going back and forth over a glass window for my new pond. Jo tried really hard and got there in the end. Carl......well. That's another story. Moral of this is to go to the source, Tuff X directly.

I ordered a number of components from CWD and all came very quickly, one part had some damage and they very promptly sorted it out. Thank you very much

Absolutly terrible service. Order a pond window at £500. Waited 15 days to be delivered which was fine as this was stated. Turned up 2 hours late from time advised and came damaged. Rang up straight away to complain and the first thing the lady said was 'what do you want me to do about it'. T&c's state kerbside delivery so paid £150 for it to be unloaded and fitted, apparently i should not have arranged this?? No offer of compensation and strangly within 5 minutes of complaing the phone lines closed at 2pm but could still email at 8pm. Avoid these clowns and go direct to supplier, tuffex

Bought a evolution aqua pump 20.000 litre pump installed it felt a lot of vibration through pipe work which is not normal telephones and spoke to someone who said they would get back to me it’s now been a week and I’ve had no responce
