I know that Thomaz has been contacting them on a daily basis and you have been kept informed of the status of your delivery and given the option of cancelling your order and receiving a full refund.*(Thomaz has been promised that the roll will be delivered by tomorrow) When you receive the goods can I ask you to re-evaluate your review based on the way your complaint has been handled?

Easy ordering and good delivery process
The ordering process was simple and convenient and old order details make re-ordering simple. I originally wanted to pick-up from a courier office but Cartridge World sensibly contacted me to point out that their local office was a few meters away and that was a simpler and safer delivery process.
I arrived at their offices and was met by their friendly staff who promptly fulfilled the online order. It was also nice to see that Cartridge World has a solid high street presence and a good range of available products to back up the online experience.
