I ordered new printer inks over the Orthodox Easter break and the inks still arrived first thing Tuesday morning!
I had a call from the delivery guy and a follow up with a text to let me know that as I wasnt in, he left the inks where I had suggested.
CWC never fail to impress me. I have used them for over 20yrs and they have never become complacent. The customer always comes first. Why go anywhere else!

I have ordered refill ink for my Epson printers twice now and have been very happy with the service. Cartridge world were very helpful and called when the ink arrived. I would definitely recommend them.

As always great service and value. Every little but saved is a big help these days. However I was told there would be a delay of a week or so, in getting the paper I ordered. So when I collected my cartridges, I told the lady to cancel the paper, As I had got some from elsewhere. 20 minutes after I left the shop. The Manager phoned to say the paper was in. I don't need the paper.

EXEMPLARY CUSTOMER SERVICE
I recently had two ageing laptops upgraded from Windows 10 to Windows 11 at the Grivas Digeni store in Limassol. The standard of service I received was exemplary and the store manager, Floris Theodoulou, must be commended for his customer service skills. He demonstrated patience, technical expertise and good communication by keeping me informed throughout the process. It was a pleasure doing business there.
