This is the worst deceptive CV company…
This is the worst deceptive CV company ever after reviewing my CV. They charged me for two years. I’ve been contacting them for two years to delete my account. I would not refer anybody actually they need to be sued by everybody. They charge me $34.95x24 =$838.80 every month. They need to be sued for every account they are robbing. I’m looking for a lawyer who can handle my case pro bono 00925661 case number to try resolve the issue
The system only allows one year but funds have been taken for two years plus

Honestly , I have been struggling to find a platform that will assist me with my CV. CV tools is the highly recommended. The templates they have are professional. I love how quick and fast it is to download your CV and you can download it more than once, whether as a one page or PDF. Super happy all the way from South Africa:)

After a 14-day trial, this service automatically charged my card 34.90 EUR without clear disclosure of a paid subscription.
Misleading and deceptive practice — I do not recommend this service.

Disappointing and misleading refund…
Disappointing and misleading refund experience
I had a very poor experience with CVTools Pro regarding billing and customer support. I was charged immediately after the trial period ended, without any reminder or warning, even though I had not used the service at all.
When I contacted support right after noticing the charge and canceled the subscription, my refund request was denied based purely on “terms and conditions,” without taking into account that the service was unused. Instead of resolving the issue fairly, they offered a free year of service—which I did not need and never asked for—instead of a refund.
While they may be “right on paper,” the approach feels unfriendly and inflexible toward customers. A more customer-oriented company would prioritize trust and long-term relationships over forcing a payment due to a misunderstanding.
I would not recommend this service based on my experience.

Es una pagina que vive de la estafa, pague 1.4 dolares para crear un CV y a la semana me cobraron 36 dolares por estar en premium que nunca pedi, ademas nunca autorice ese pago de los 36 dolares solo el de los 1.4, por eso tengan mucho cuidado con sus datos que roban dinero.
