Good all round service
No complaints at all. I ordered two items and they let me know very quickly that one of them was no longer available. As it was a Christmas present it was important to immediately know what my next step had to be, and CVP's efficiency made room for that and immediately set up the refund for that part of the order. So, good all round.

I have had the most wonderful experience with CVP. Chris Milbourne took a lot of time to explain a number of things to me on a number of different occasions, re: the Canon C70 camera package. He was actually one of the reasons I decided to buy the package from CVP - because he is so helpful and knowledgable.
