Hi Nicole

We're sorry to hear you're not happy with your order, and we truly understand your frustration.

After checking our email records, we can see we previously corresponded regarding the collection option that was accidentally selected at checkout. However, we haven’t received any further messages from you about the sizing issue or any photos showing the problem. Had we received that, we would have been more than happy to investigate and offer a replacement if there was an error on our part.

Unfortunately, as the panel has now been cut down and altered, we’re no longer able to assess or resolve the issue through our usual replacement process. We're always here to help where we can, and it's disappointing for us too when we're not given the opportunity to put things right.

If there's anything else we can do at this stage, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

Kind regards,

Hi Daniel.

Thank you for your kind review. We are so pleased that you are happy with your MFC sheet and with our customer service. Your TV back panel looks great! What a set-up!

If you would like to send us some photos too, we would really appreciate it. Our email is marketing@cutmy.co.uk

Hi Dino

Thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry to hear the MFC sheets weren’t as you expected. I’ve checked your order, and the sheets were made without edge banding, as this option wasn’t selected at checkout. The product photos in our gallery include examples both with and without edge banding, and the edge-banded version can be added under “Additional Options” when ordering.

I did email to offer arranging a replacement with free delivery, but I haven’t heard back from you yet — if you’d still like to go ahead with that, please let us know and we’ll be happy to help.
