Hi Sandra
We are sorry to see that you have had some issues with your shelving order. I have just checked and I can see that Molly, our Customer Experience Supervisor has been in contact with you about this over the last couple of weeks. I have also just checked your re-order and can see it is ready to pack so it should be with you soon. We are sorry for the issues and for the delay.

Shelves are very, very heavy and yet the screws provided are all very, very thin. No rawlplugs were provided, which seemed odd as the shelving needs to go into a very solid wall given the serious weight. Why provide screw with no rawlplugs to match the screws and why are the screws so thin? Seriously unimpressed in every way. The only thing ok was the fact the shelves were the right length.
