My order is has been MIA forever. (order: C19376) My father is part of the pastor team at church and I was excited to get this for his 87th Birthday. I have not heard back in over a week and today is now the 26th of Feb and I have not gotten anything, nor are they contacting me regarding a refund.

Next call will be my Bank!

I placed an order after seeing they have U.S. location. My credit card was charged immediately. I emailed and sent "chats" several times without a response. Their website does not provide a phone number. It's been 10 days, the items haven't been shipped and there was no customization requested. Edit:Got an update after 2 weeks. Received order as described after 4 1/2 weeks. I feel the website was misleading.

Horrible Company and even worse customer service Do not order anything from this scam company you will lose your money and will not receive your order. They are a scam I am having them investigated and they will be shut down the owners will be charged for fraud!

I bought this pillow for the flower girl in my wedding. She’s all grown up now and recently lost her dog. She and her husband loved the sentiment and will cherish the gift.

I love it , it is as described

I got my granddaughter the Dabbing Unicorn 2nd grade shirt. She loves it. The colors really pop and she was hit on the first day back to school

the cushions are perfect. we love them

I got a picture with my husband and I and our dogs that have gone to rainbow bridge and they have wings on them, its so awesome! The dogs we still have are also in it but they don't have wings on them yet thank goodness!!

I bought a wonderful pillow commemorating my little dog sprite who passed away. It was softer and nicer than I could’ve ever thought. Wonderful.

J'aime beaucoup ma coque de téléphone et la possibilité de personnaliser à son goût.

The shirt was absolutely beautiful. Got it for my wife after losing our pet of 16 years. She loved it.

I'm happy with the blanket. My daughter cried when she got it.

Genial, la camiseta llego antes de la fecha prevista y es perfecta. Me encanta y a todo el que la ve también

Great cushion, but it has a zip closure not an envelope one, and the names are not visible if you put the pillow upright. But a lovely reminder of my pets.
