After working through several different roll-off options Joseph work really hard with me to get exactly what the customer was looking for.

Gary’s always been great to work with his response to my questions are always quick and full of a lot of details and information . He’s very understanding when it comes to short conversations and after hours calls

When I call my salesman Rob Cohen he’s on the ball and has me the information immediately and everything from start to finish is smooth. And we have had a couple of problems with the trucks but your team has always handled problems quickly usually been with venders products.

Wow where do I start. Initially, we started with a sales person named Terry Smith I believe he’s based in Canton, Ohio since were a new company, he decided that we should talk to a fella named Cory who deals with leasing trucks from there, it went real bad. We could not lease the trucks because we’re a new company so from there we were sent back to Terry Smith. Once we had to tri axle, set up, ready to go we were dealing with the insurance. Custom trucks wouldn’t except our insurance verbiage. So while we were back-and-forth with that, Terri Smith sells the trucks Even though he had given us the vin numbers for both trucks so we could i provide proof of insurance. While going back-and-forth with custom trucks and the insurance company due to verbiage once the insurance verbiage was accepted Terri Smith advises us that he sold the trucks and that was in less than a week. At this point I had already got the insurance paid $6000 for insurance for these two trucks that he said would be ours. Now I have insurance on two trucks that belong to someone else…. Now we go back-and-forth between Terri Smith and Cory I believe Cory was in Maine or something. Now we’re dealing with Cory and he is a complete ass to both of us Because we’re upset over these trucks that we now have insurance on, but don’t have any trucks He would not answer the phone. He didn’t return text messages. He didn’t return emails. Finally, I called the corporate office. Somebody must’ve got autumn. He finally ended up calling us back and was completely over the top Rude. He actually said it was stupid that we put insurance on the trucks had to explain to him that Terri Smith told us to he gave us the Vin numbers we were coming to get those trucks. This is just a complete mess. Now we go back to Terri Smith now he tells us there is no trucks available whatsoever anywhere. We’re furious cause we’re still paying $6000 on this insurance because Berg claims that we still have these trucks and we never even got these trucks That’s a whole Nother story but it all comes down to Terri Smith So at this point, we contact Kansas City and get in touch with a girl name Liz Barger within an hour, the trucks found rented and deposit made we picked the The first truck up a few days later in
Wisconsin. We get there the people in Wisconsin. They’re very rude, but that’s OK. We got the truck we go out. We look at it. Look it over full take gas. We sign everything we leave.. now we’re ready a couple months later to RPO another truck. Same process A couple days ago we go up to pick the truck up in Wisconsin. The guy is extremely rude. The truck only has an eighth of diesel fuel in it. And the Def was just about empty as well.. went in and said something to the RPO department again this guy who I didn’t catch his name was so rude we don’t few fuel RPO trucks according to their contract all trucks must be returned with a full tank of gas. Do they expect me to bring this truck back if I decide to with a full tank of gas or just an eighth cause I’m a little confused right now yesterday I called the corporate office to complain about this and to complain about the guys attitude in Wisconsin and the whole diesel gas ordeal and I have yet to get a phone call back. My company is really thriving at this point. Once I reach my 6 months I will be able to finance these trucks and plan to purchase 2 more trucks in the next 12 months with how I have been treated and this overall experience with how rude a lot of employees are at custom trucks I highly doubt I will buy the next two trucks from there. I believe I should be compensated at least for the diesel fuel. Terri Smith already costed me $6000 in insurance on two trucks that I shouldn’t have never gotten insurance for but again different story but thank you custom trucks for returning my call. I appreciate it not that’s how I feel. And please no need to get back on this review and try to smooth things over somebody should have called me yesterday or today about the Rude guy down in Wisconsin.

I can not bring up part manuals for my Terex crane. The part numbers in my parts book do not come up. When I get someone on the phone I have to argue with them to get help.
