We have used this company many times. You couldn’t ask for better service and attention. They really get to know you and Kristina can pretty much book our perfect holiday without asking! They really care before, during and after the trip checking in to see how things are. I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting quality and peace of mind travel.

Contacted Custom Travel based on a recommendation from an ex work colleague and so glad I did. Kristina made the whole process so simple and a joy to arrange. Combination of flights, hotel and trips during my visit worked really well.

Had to make some last minute changes due to some challenges outside of anyones control (volcanic eruption) and that was done quickly and efficiently.

Custom travel arranged our trip to Poland/ Czech republic and Austria.

We have been booking holidays with Kristina from Custom Travel for over 15 years. The service she provides has been above and beyond anything we have ever experienced from any other travel advisor. We've had help and support when becoming poorly on holiday and needing to rebook flights, rearranging a holiday when our son was admitted to hospital the day before our departure and all of the help given during covid to rearrange or cancel holidays and gain refunds. This is just a few times that she has helped during difficult times. Kristina always works hard to find the best possible holiday to suit our needs and budget as a family and she has a vast knowledge to aid her decisions. She has also booked many a large group ski holiday for us taking all of the pressure away from me as the lead passenger.
