The process was simple, I chose my sock and then uploaded my design.Within one business day, Vanessa and Jason reached out to me with wonderful design suggestions. In three business days, I got mock ups to present to our planning committee. Their support and excellent customer service was the best! Thank you Custom Sock Shop! I will be ordering from you again!

Sizing is not what promised
Everyone from this shop were great to work with an communication was wonderful, however when I placed the order I expressed this was for a YOUTH non profit organization and was assured the sizing of the socks would fit. After spending our small budget on socks they were received and even after washing do not fit my 6 year old who the organization backs. I let them know they were not what I was promised when it comes to sizing and was offered other types, which there again do not meet sizing I need. The quality was thick and good, but sizing is terrible. You should not be able to sell as youth sizing or should refund if you can not meet ones accommodations.

Good socks, bad sizing
Very high quality socks with almost the exact intended color and design. Only thing is the sizing- way too big! The sizing chart was misleading, making it seem as though size small was a youth size, so we ordered mediums for a high school girls’ sport team and they are much too large.

Thank you very much for your feedback. Please note our socks are not prewashed and dried and will shrink to the appropriate size once that is done. Medium is the appropriate size for high school girls.

I was charged 20 for shipping and it…
I was charged 20 for shipping and it didn't show the shipping cost or the fact that if I would have added to my order to go over $200, I would have saved that cost. I'm not happy about that at all as it raises the average cost per item.
The logos and mock up process with this site are really poor and the response time for logo/customization has been poor. What I'm hoping for is that the product will actually be high quality and someone that knows what they are doing assists us with customization in the future.

Hello OK,
Thank you for your feedback. Just a note, the shipping is not free over $200.00 and is only free for orders over $500.00. What you saw on your receipt was just a code for the website to charge based on total cart amount. If it were say $300.00 the shipping would be $30.00 etc. As for the mock-up process, not sure when you received your proof, but we do provide one within 48 business hours of the order, weekends and holidays not included. Please feel free to let us know any concerns you have with the mock-up/proof, hopefully we can try to fix it if within our capabilities to do so. If you have any other issues please feel free to call and ask for Jason or L.J.
