Excellent product and even better customer service.
Myles and the team go out of their way to double check all the measurements that are sent over to make sure everything is OK before you push the button.
The mattress fits like a glove and is exceptionally comfortable. We ordered the fitted sheet as well,its a little on the expensive side but worth having in our opinion.
Will certainly be recommending customsizebeds to our caravanning friends.

Excellent service from enquiry to delivery. The sales team were very professional discussing all options and design in detail. The finished product was delivered on time as expected. We ordered a bespoke split mattress for our campervan that was produced from detailed drawings, these were provided and checked with us prior to production. Excellent all round, service, cost, speed and quality. We bought a perfect fit horizontal split ComfiCel Cool 147x178x15cm depth mattress to fit on our crossways bed on our narrowboat, the lower section tucks away neatly into a cabinet. We couldn't ask for better and it is so comfy. Would highly recommend this company any day.

From start to finish the service from these guys was absolutely fantastic. Myles was great to deal with and very thorough in advising what I needed. I ordered my mattress last week and it arrived yesterday. I just slept on it last night and woke up after a 10 hour sleep. I don't want to get out of bed 🤣🤣 top company.

I am so pleased I found this company - I decided to go with a "human" mattress for our (giant) Great Pyrenees after reading a lot of varied reviews about dog beds online. I spoke with customer support on chat and they were brilliant in helping me make a choice. The custom sized mattress arrived exactly one week after I placed the order and I can see that our 55kg dog is now comfortable and happy - the quality memory foam is helping with his mobility as well. I couldn't speak highly enough of the person in customer support who helped me - thank you and I've already begun recommending you to others.

Ordered a mattress for our sofa bed, I knew at the time of ordering it would be a tight turnaround. The company said they would do their best but could not promise to meet the tight deadline.

Cool Blue double nearly 4yrs old now, still an outstanding kip.
Just washed the zip cover after over 11K hours sleep (says the calculator). It seriously needed laundering, bloke sweat stains due hiccup in blood pressure meds. 4hrs soak in the bath with that Oxy powder stuff, coolish machine wash & dried easy overnight. Cover fetched up almost like new, well impressed. Was thinking of asking Myles for a spare cover but no point, the cover is simple wash & wear.
Foam base has an “aged” colour to it hence 4 stars but don’t care. Lovely sleeping throughout the four seasons.

Had a best experience with customsizebeds. Just love the mattress which I ordered . Very very comfy and cosy.

Just received delivery of our lovely gel mattress and it’s so comfy, bought for our caravan after travelling to Scotland and being crippled on the original mattress. The ordering process was spot on and a mock up drawing sent to make sure it looked right. The cover is soft and well made and we are thrilled with it. We are at an age where we need comfort and this fits the bill perfectly. This is the second mattress we have bought from this company and would definitely do so again. Many thanks

Being new to narrowboat life, we looked around for a custom mattress, found custom size beds and the super helpful Sam and Debra. I can't find any fault and can't praise this company enough. From my husband and brother doing the measuring and diagram as was suggested, to the finished product it was a great service. The mattress fits the bow end of our narrowboat absolutely perfectly, despite my husband and brother initially sending the wrong measurements, Debra was great with her design team and Sam on the phone and email was friendly and really helpful. The mattress arrived, well packaged, vacuum packed, this made getting it onto the boat so easy, delivery was super fast which was a life saver as we were moving onto the boat as liveaboards earlier than expected. The mattress went up to the 20cm we requested, we ordered the medium/firm in the Comficel gel range and weren't disappointed, slept on it now for a few nights and it is really supportive which is great for an aching back after weeks of DIY and painting. I was unsure about measuring my campervan so went to visit custom size beds in person.
They were superb, friendly and really helpful.
I placed my order and the finished product arrived in under 2 weeks.

Update 11.10.2022 Reply to your response I standby what I say, infact we have turned the mattress upside down for more support, we are ordering a new mattress with springs and will never entertain another foam mattress, so if anyone is interested in a year old memory foam coolant supposedly mattress then please get in contact. 11.10.2022.

Well here is a peace of my mind, this so called all singing all dancing cool memory foam as obviously lost its memory and forgotten to cool! Correct me if I am wrong but I did not realise a daul layer meant normal foam from a cheap foam shop having a few inches of supposedly cool memory foam 'GLUED' on top, oh' something I could of picked up at a weekend workshop!
Pressure relieving! I have no idea what part of my body has been relieved, relaxed, soothed name it what you want as no amount of words would suit. In a nutshell I and my Partner have had the most uncomfortable, uncoolant, un-amazing sleep of our lives, this piece of foam has in our opinion been mis-sold to us.
The 'TRUTH' a piece of foam you can buy from any foam shop, clued on top is around 8cm of memory foam supposedly coolant, uncomfortable, discloured and in some areas looks like it has been chewed! The too layer coolant is coming away from the bottom layer thick foam, maybe the dreges of the glue were used in a rushed job!
Yes I did contact your Company after a week of purchasing your super duper mattress and was bamboozled by your experts report. A year on and I am still feeling the same I can take photographs of the appalling mattress without its cover and show the results which are absolutely disgusting. Would I buy from you again? No I would not.

Absolutely brilliant honest to a fault they could of sold me a matress ranging from £369-514 but instead gave me really good advice on how there hand made bespoke mattresses would not be suitable placed on top of another matress that can't be removed from the truck a real surprise as most companies want to sell you there product come what may. I will return to them once I move trucks
