The person was nice and responsive but…
The person was nice and responsive but it took a while like 13-15 days. The production is not in the United States it is in China. So put yourself really ahead of time. The color I asked is cream beige but it when it came it was a little lighter like almost white.

Reason for 3 star review is due to the…
Reason for 3 star review is due to the incompetence of their shipping department. They did not put correct shipping business address on label, and this inconvenienced us in receiving our order in time for grand opening. It took 2 weeks dealing with this company to correct there mistake and when I was told by them they called ups and fixed address come to find out they did not it is unacceptable. We finally received order but 2 weeks later after it was suppose to be delivered.
For this reason we will not be ordering from this company again.

Indoor halo lit sign turned out great! The cords were too short to run up the ceiling, so we are replacing those, but the quality is clean.
