Could not recommend Custom Portrait Shop more! Really fast responses and the team were wonderful and so helpful with any changes I wanted to my custom portraits. No request was too big or small, they made it perfect! I ordered some for the whole family for Christmas of our beloved pets. Extremely happy and will definitely order again. Thank you!

I'm always a little leary ordering from a new company, but i did a google review and was happy to see so many good reviews. Ordered a pic of my grand-dog, and I was not disappointed, had them make a couple small changes once I saw completed image and they were quick and helpful and it looks so amazing. had the digital file printed elsewhere (sorry but it was cheaper) looks so fantastic, can't wait til they open it on Xmas day. and will definitely use them again

Je parle français donc je vais écrire en français si ça peut aider aussi . J’ai commandé 2x des portraits de mes chiens et je suis très satisfaite . L’équipe est à l’écoute . Ils ont fait les modifications que j’ai demandé. Je vais faire faire des portraits de famille dans le futur! J’aime que ce soit des humains qui font les dessins pas juste une application. Je vous le recommande à 100% sans hésitation !

I have uses this company twice now and both times they did not disappoint! Both times were used to commission Xmas gifts, this last time being a tribute to my mom’s dog who recently passed. They were super easy to work with, even after I asked for a small revision. I plan on getting all of my fur babies “Disneyfied” with them

Nina is amazing her work is amazing! And even better, her customer service is awesome. I will use her for any future edits I need.

The picture was beautiful and when it arrived damaged from transit they made it right immediately. They sent a second picture, which arrived in perfect condition. They responded immediately and within a week everything was fixed!
Would definitely do business with them again!

Honestly such care and detail are put into these artworks, we asked for a water coloured image of our first home in digital form and it was perfect! I have already ordered my 2nd commissioned piece and again can’t wait to see the outcome. Thank you team!

Great communication and speedy response. We didn’t need any changes to the picture because it was perfect but if needed they were very accommodating. Will be repurchasing real soon!

Extremely good service, sent me out my digital copy within one day. I wanted a few things changed and within again just one day it was changed.

Cant recommend this enough I will 100% be using it again and the drawing looks absolutely amazing.

My family dog passed away years ago. We have since gotten a new dog, and they are so similar in many ways! Since they never got to meet, this was the perfect way to have them be part of something special to our family together. So impressed with the detail and overall work!
