I ordered photos & frame for my wife Christmas gifts it’s 48£
I ordered on 10/12 it delivered on 30/12
It came LATE & BROKEN and I try to contact customer service
No one replying no feedback or anything they just ignore it and took your money
So difficult to contact them

I received an item that was damaged, they replaced it with the same item and that also came damaged. Now they refuse to email me back after I was guaranteed the replacement item would be in perfect condition.

Nada Recomendanble, no comprar.
Me tomo mi tiempo para explicar el asunto por loque no cabrá duda de la veracidad.
Realicé un pedido de un producto personalizado (lámina de la Luna del día de nacimiento de mi hija) con la esperanza de tener un recuerdo de alta calidad. Lamentablemente, la experiencia ha sido profundamente decepcionante.

Problema con la entrega:
El paquete llegó con el producto dañado. Aunque la caja exterior estaba intacta, al abrirla encontré que el marco y la parte trasera del cuadro estaban rotos y golpeados.(no se como puedo adjuntar imagenes del deterioro y deperfecto con el que llegó).

Problema con el Servicio al Cliente (lo más grave):
Tras contactar a Custom Likes con las pruebas fotográficas, su respuesta fue inaceptable. El servicio de atención al cliente (que responde solo en inglés) se ha negado a responsabilizarse por el envío de un producto dañado. Alegan que la culpa es de la empresa de logística y me ofrecieron una compensación simbólica de 5 EUR y un archivo digital sin marca de agua, rechazando mi solicitud de:
Reemplazo del producto por uno en perfecto estado.
o
Reembolso íntegro del valor total pagado.

Conclusión:

El resultado es que he pagado por un producto que está roto e inservible, y la empresa se niega a cumplir con su obligación de entregar un artículo en buen estado. No puedo recomendar esta empresa debido a su pésima política de garantía y su falta de respeto por el cliente una vez que el pago ha sido procesado.
Y por ende, recomiendo encarecidamente a los lectores no compren nada en este portal/empresa, busquen alternativas mas serias, Pues el grado de frustación que tengo, es máximo, tanto por la imposibilidad de ofrecer un raglo con ilusión, como por la impotencia de poder tener lo que he pagado.
Nefasto, donde roza la estafa, el engaño, y por supuesto la baja calidad y servico del producto por el importe pagado.
ACTUALIZACION 24/12/25:
Originalmente califiqué con 1 estrella porque recibí un producto defectuoso y la comunicación inicial fue inexistente. Sin embargo, tras abrir una disputa, el vendedor ha respondido de forma excelente. No solo me han enviado el reemplazo correcto en plata (y otro en dorado de cortesía), sino que también han procedido al reembolso total del importe a través de PayPal . Aunque el inicio fue frustrante, han demostrado compromiso con la satisfacción del cliente al final. Cambio mi valoración a 4 estrellas. No dando a 5 estrellas pues eso es la excelencia y por lo inicialemtne expuesto no son merecidas.
(Hecho reseñable y fundamental, que PayPal jugó un papel decisivo en este desenlace)

Ordered framed picture and got wrong frame which looks cheaper and not what you can hang for people to see. Wrote several emails either no response back.
Will never order again and wont recommend to anyone else.
Zero communication is the bottom what site can do.

I placed an order for a customized painting on this website, but it never arrived. I tried contacting customer support multiple times, but never received a response. DO NOT BUY from this website — it is a SCAM.

This site is a complete SCAM! DO NOT BUY!! I bought a sweatshirt with lettering that fell off after washing once! When I sent photos they said I should not have washed it. “It's may because of the way you wash your clothes. Not to be used in a washing machine, need to be scrubbed gently with a mild detergent.”

Nowhere on their site nor in the package (which had zero labeling or information) did it say there were special wash instructions. They would not refund me saying the won’t refund anything customer but the letters all FELL OFF!! It’s now a plain sweatshirt with no lettering. What world would it be obvious that you should not wash a sweatshirt especially with no instruction?!? I have made shirts with iron in and I can wash it.

Then they told me if I shipped it to Shanghai (so pay for international shipping and customs) they would send me a refund. Purely ridiculous! Pay more money to send internationally to get money back?! Don’t waste your money!!

I received a moon picture for my daughter but when it arrived it has scratches on the front Perspex in a prominent place. I have sent pictures and an e mail but no response. At the moment I cannot give this as a gift and am disappointed with the lack of response. Wouldn’t recommend sadly

Got the puff sweatshirt for my son for Christmas, and he loves it!

Mein personalisierter Hoodie kam etwas schneller an als angegeben, die Stickereien sind richtig verarbeitet. Die Qualität ist gut, alles in einem bin ich sehr zufrieden. Allerdings habe ich den Hoodie in einer Größe größer als normal bestellt, angekommen ist aber noch eine große größer. Sprich, 2x größer als normal. Ich würde jedem auch empfehlen 1 Nummer größer als üblich zu bestellen da sie etwas kleiner ausfallen.
Werde wieder dort bestellen

Such a cute gift idea! Item was delivered quickly, even though it was order during the holiday's. Slight error with the product (we placed two orders with different names and one name got swapped), however, customer service was responded very quickly and is sending a replacement. will be recommending her shop to family and friends.
