Personalized pillows - cheap and disappointing!
Ordered a personalized pillow.
Took longer than average time - manufactured and ships from China. Shame on me. The colors of the embroidery are not the same as indicated online and the quality is very cheap - looks and feels like a cross stich canvas - not a soft pillow material. Looked heavier/more substantial online. Only option for a return was for me to pay for the return cost to China and receive 30% of my cost back. What is the point in that? I understand ‘personalized’ items are generally not returnable but when the quality is so bad and not as represented, that’s a different story. Very disappointing and customer service was not helpful. I will not use this company again and do not recommend.
In response to your response - I don’t want to keep this pillow - refund should be made for poor quality as you mentioned. It’s a zero net gain if I pay to return the item for a 30% refund.

1. Regarding the production time, the website clearly indicates the production time (because it's a handmade product). Shipping time varies depending on your chosen logistics company; your order actually arrived 7 days earlier than promised.
2. Regarding the product color, I've compared the color of each letter you selected with the actual product color, and you can see there is absolutely no color difference.
Because this is a custom-made product and cannot be resold, it cannot be returned or exchanged free of charge unless there is a quality issue or a production error. It's impossible for you to only want a refund while keeping the product.
