Very disappointed with the delivery service. I paid an additional fee specifically to have my order delivered today, but unfortunately, it did not arrive as promised. If a company charges customers extra for guaranteed or expedited delivery, they should honor that commitment. I paid more because I needed the order today, and I expect either an explanation or a refund of the additional delivery fee. This was a frustrating and disappointing experience.

Customer service (Charlotte) was very helpful when checking the status of the special order cups I purchased. Will definitely order again.

Customer service was fantastic in helping find a resolution to my problem. I highly recommend this company as they have creative gifts and excellent communication.

Vendors response to my delayed shipment has made me feel that I am a valued customer. The shipment was lost during carrier logistics and not the fault of original manufacturer and she (Charlotte) has stepped up to still provide the great services to me as a customer to help resolve issue. Great Customer Servive!

Jamie was extremely helpful.
I ordered a custom name gift for my niece and sister, however, I failed to change the name in the second product.
Jamie took time to research my orders and confirmed my error.
Jamie provided a quick link for me to order a replacement with a different name. I will give my sister her's when I receive it.
