I ordered 5 gold and 5 silver coins. To check the quality of their engraving, I instructed them to engrave 1 coin (John Doe, 2010.

They engraved all coins with John Doe- 2010. When I raised it, they pointed out that I had signed off in the artwork. Yes, but the artwork did not include order quantity.

They sent me 5 Gold and 5 Silver coins. Simple common sense was absent.

When I asked they correct it they offered 15% discount on a fresh order!

Smooth service from the start, good communication and feedback throughout and competitively priced. Will use again if I need Challenge Coins.

My first experience with custom challenge coins was very good. Their art team did superior work. They responded very quickly to change requests. The turn key job from samples to finished product was remarkable. And finally, the cost a pleasant surprise. They will be my go to source for challenge coins.

I ordered Lapel Pins from them as a trial. I got a cute little cat on a motorcycle, and was supremely satisfied with their quality. I was expecting just normal pins, but they hooked me up with a glitter upgrade and the lines of the design are so clear and detailed, so I went and ordered my membership cards for my Motorcycle Club. All my members were happy with the cards and we are now looking into buying coins next. Overall a great experience!

Absolutely terrible customer service. Offered to replace an order of 300 coins because 118 were damaged. Now they want detailed photos of every damaged coin. Offered to ship them back and let them verify themselves as I'm not taking individual pics of every damaged coin. They said they cant accept shipping but cant help me if i dont take a picture of each one. Gave up and asked to get my loney back and I'll ship the coins back. Will do a chargeback on my credit card at this point as their phone service offers one thing but email service offers contradictory information.
