Very helpful customer service when completing my order. Was so pleased with product when delivered something a little different and perfectly done thanks very much

I bought a 50 BMG bottle opener for myself & was so impressed I decided to treat my cousin for his Birthday. He was very pleased with it.

Very happy with all aspects of custom Calibers will be purchasing from them again

Very quick and easy to order and a very nice bottle opener with brilliant engraving, very pleased with my order.

Amazing product and first class customer contact.
Can't recommend highly enough.
Shown my bottle opener to others, who are going to get one themselves.
Thanks, Nathan.

Awesome product just took a while to get to me.

The engraving is extremely detailed, it's a fantastic custom product and would certainly buy again for gifts etc.

The packaging was also good and came with a metal certificate of authenticity.

Really happy and would recommend.

I was bowled over by the quality of the engraving on the bottle opener and the presentation case. Even the packaging is impressive. Bought as a retirement gift for a friend and colleague who was overwhelmed at it's originality and quality. Simply fantastic!!

Had a minor issue with the initial order as the website wouldn't accept the order, this was quickly resolved by the company - then slightly longer than expected delivery, but the item arrived in good condition and is a nice talking point!

Awesome product. Took quite a while to arrive so order in plenty of time but worth the wait. Really nicely presented and great for a gift.

excellent service brilliantly made item, ive shared with friends some of which have ordered the same.

Amazing product and spot on service too

Ordered the bottle opener in the morning and it arrived the next day, can’t say better than that. 5* service

Effing quality all round.

Top notch customer service and outstanding products.

The team was super helpful when enquiring about engraving and even editing aspects to suit my needs.

I will without a doubt be returning and recommending to friends and family.

Fantastic service. Had .50 bottle opener made my brother m. Thought they would have difficulty with the ship’s emblem. But there was no need to worry, excellent job done. Well impressed, well done Custom Calibres.

Wanted a unique gift for a friends birthday and the engraved .50cal bottle opener did not disappoint! I wanted something specific so contacted the team directly and spoke to Nathan who advised what was and wasn’t possible. He worked with me to create the perfect gift and it was a well received, high quality item which got the crowd talking!

Amazing customer service, really quick turnaround and packaged really well.
