Motorhome cut off mattress
Easy ordering and measuring process, helped by super friendly staff when I had a query on how to measure. Delivered in promised timeframe as per delivery instructions.
Now the mattress. A perfect fit for my motorhome, and so super comfy I’ve slept on it twice on my drive! Had the 25cm orthopaedic base with cool gel top and it is fantastic. Not the cheapest but not the most expensive company either. Needless to say with this mattress I cannot feel the bed slats underneath anymore. Only issue was trying to manhandle it myself into the van - it was a large and heavy parcel but I picked the hottest day of the year so far and managed. Thank you so much for- this will transform my holidays.

Excellent service at point of order, some lack of communication around delay for delivery. That said mattress is perfect for the motorhome and fits well

Very highly recommended....
The whole process is very well thought out. You visit the website. Find the mattress shape you want. It shows you how to measure the existing mattress or the space (there is an extra measurement in there compared to some of the sites I visited). Put the measurements into the online form. Check out. This is where it gets good. They check your measurements. Send you a well drawn technical drawing showing the shape and size of your mattress. You ok or make changes including pictures of needed. They make it and it comes within a couple of weeks. The prices were much lower than some I looked at. The quality is brilliant. So much more comfy than the original mattress I had. I'm very impressed and can't thank they company enough. I think my back will also thank you as it doesn't hurt when I get up anymore.

Despite and issue from a manufacturer, the people at custom mattress could not have been more helpful in resolving the issue with urgency for me. I was looked after from Katie from…
I was looked after from Katie from start to finish. I asked questions had phone calls,emails ect.
I new what i wanted but was helped along the way with my concerns and got all the advice and everything I needed to help me make my decisions.
Slight delay with delivery ,that i had no problem with, but was chased up straight away and got quick response back keeping me informed what was happening..so yes very happy with everything.

Outstanding service and product
Firstly service was outstanding, easy company to deal with when we called after we ordered a second topper to see if they could send both at the same time, as we only had ordered the first topper less than 2 weeks before, was really happy that they was able to do this at short notice.
Ordering the toppers was easy and straight forward and as you are sending the company the dimensions, great see that they ask you to confirm before you pay.
The mattress toppers are really comfortable and I have had the most comfortable nights since in my motorhome, no issues at all.
Excellent product and service.

Great quality just slightly under size you need to research the mattress make dimensions of which the client is purchasing the topper for, then you could offer the ready, size n shape for that mattress
