Eventually very wrong sized, poor quality bra tops arrived and when I tried to return for full refund they are insisting I pay for return to China or get credit for part of the cost of the goods.

I loved the shape wear online, did not know what size, ordered 2 for £30 each to return the one that it’s not my size. I which is a norm in online shopping . Orders came after 17 days from China, I did not like the way that it works as there is no tightening at all, wanted to return they said you can not return we can just give you 20% discount on future purchases! So I wasted £60 on their website. Even contacted customer service they said they don’t accept return on shape wears which is 90% of their stock! And it does not mention on their website that they don’t accept returns on shape wears! Otherwise no one would buy!

Although I had to wait over two weeks for my item to arrive (which I think should be clearer on the website) the item itself is amazing and exactly what I wanted. I also found Michelle from customer services really helpful! Super efficient and very kind x
Good quality and fair price
My second order is wanted to try them first and wasn't disappointed so ordered again and great quality will be ordering again so I have some spares

Poor customer service
I ordered a body suit which arrived with no tags .
It was too small for me too but I have been told this item is non returnable.
I am not happy at all with the garment arriving without any tags . Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be supplied:

A new garment is expected to have tags attached.
Because this item arrived without tags, it is not as described.
Also as it was discounted I have been informed that I cannot have a refund
However The promotional “new customer discount”should not affect consumer rights.

I do not wish to accept , as I do not intend to make any further purchases .

They offer a discount on your first order but fail to highlight that that makes the sale final and no returns will be accepted. £60.00+ down the drain. A horrible company, who hopefully, will soon go out of business.

Communication was great from Michelle, great products. If you do want the item order in plenty of time as it takes a while to be delivered.
Do not use this retailer
Do not use this retailer. Ordered 3 months ago, delivered to wrong address, which was proven by the courier’s own delivery note to be the WRONG adress and the photo of someone else’s house. Strung along by “Michelle” and told my item was “delivered” therefore they cannot uphold. Reported to TRADING STANDARDS. Out of pocket, no order.

I received the item a week later. Wanted it for my birthday but had to buy elsewhere. The item arrived and is cheaply made. It’s a sticky bra. I wish I had read the reviews first. I emailed them to say I want a refund and I’ve been ignored. Other high street names refund on these types of bras providing it has not been worn, don’t understand why they don’t refund. Even worse, they ignore your emails. I will never ever buy from this company again. Fraudulent Scammers they are.

My experience with Curvy Power has been extremely disappointing. As a first-time customer, I used their “new customer promotional discount code,” only to later be told that this meant I was not entitled to any refund or return, due to using said code. This came across as scam-like, as the promotion draws you in and then traps you with restrictive terms that aren’t made clear upfront.
When I raised concerns — including my rights under consumer law — my points were completely dismissed. The tone of the responses was dismissive and unhelpful, showing no accountability or willingness to resolve the issue. It felt as though customer service was more focused on hiding behind internal policies than treating customers fairly.
Going against consumer rights, the company continued to refuse a refund. This behaviour feels highly misleading for a business and raises serious questions about their approach to customer care.
I have made it clear to them that if this isn’t resolved appropriately, I will be escalating the matter to Trading Standards and the Consumer Ombudsman. They ignored this email altogether. No customer should have to go through this.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Curvy Power. I hope my review helps others make an informed decision.

Avoid this company - terrible service - confusing and manipulative returns policy
If I could leave zero stars, I would. I have had the worst experience trying to deal with Curvypower and would strongly recommend anyone considering ordering with them to think again and go elsewhere.
I have never ordered shapewear before and was trying to find something for a special occasion. Although I normally take a size 10, the size chart measurements (which I followed carefully) suggested I would need either a L or XL. I purchased both, naively thinking that like most online clothing companies, you can try more than one size and return whichever didn't work. Unfortunately, when I saw the items, even without trying them on it was obvious that neither was even remotely possible to get on. I went to the website and looked into how to return them.
The returns policy pages is long and wordy and confusing, so I sent an email to customer service to ask how to return them. I received an answer that because they were discounted items, neither was returnable. At all. Even though I pointed out (and they recognised) that the policy was confusing and no warning was flagged up about not being able to return sale items.
I politely wrote to explain the confusion and to request that they would make an exception, especially since I had not even tried the items on. Short answer - No. They would not make an exception. Instead, they offered my 30% discount if I made another purchase. How laughable! Why would I waste more money on another product that would put me in the same situation if it didn't fit?
All in all, I would urge anyone possibly considering buying anything from this company to avoid them like the plague. The shipping was slow, the customer service responses were slow, and they were unhelpful in being able to resolve the issue to my satisfaction.
It's been an expensive mistake - but I hope that sharing this experience will help others to avoid the same problem.

Waited a month for my order and when I finally "arrived" it was no where to be seen, the customer service is just unhelpful and just doesn't help just basically said we can open an investigation to yodel about it but why should it be my problem what courier they use? I should and was expecting a replacement or refund I got nether I will never but from then again and suggest people do the same
