Do not buy from them. Cheap quality, the fit is terrible, the c rotch doesn't sit where it should and they are stonewalling the return process. I tried them on, put them back into the bag they came in and asked for return instructions which they are very politely refusing to give me. I've been emailing back and forth for 3 days. They keep offering discounts on future purchases (not interested), explaining to me that it will be a lot of effort on my part to return them, I have to pay return shipping expenses (which I am totally fine with) and suggest I gift them to a friend.

The jeans received by Curvybody are not as advertised… These jeans are no label Cheap jeans… They give you the runaround if you call them and try to return them only wanting to give you eight dollars credit or a discount to buy more. I am having to dispute the claim with my credit card company for the fraud.

Worst refund policy/process I have ever seen. First they say their process is so cumbersome that I should just avoid it and offered me a 20% off another purchase. This was a $40 purchase. Then offered me a 20%($8) refund with the coupon and told me the product is still usable so I should give it to a friend. Now just offered me a 30% refund ($12). This is so crazy it’s almost comical..

This seems to be just a Chinese scam. They sent me the wrong size and are offering to give me a 50% refund. (At first, they just told me to order again without any refund.) It’s difficult to find their phone number. Then, It’s only an automated machine. The AI you deal with on email will not give me the address to mail them back. It’s a total sham.

They advertise online as "Judy Jeans", which threw me off, thinking they were Judy Blue jeans, then the email confirmation says they are by Curvybody. Very misleading. The jeans were supposed to have a control tummy band inside and they didn't. They are very thin, poor quality jeans. I am so upset that I bought them. I never buy jeans online, in fear of getting scammed. Well, I did it and I got scammed.

DO NOT USE! Terrible company. They sent out the wrong size-tall, I ordered petite. When trying to get the right product, they want me to keep the wrong product and they will give me a 30% discount to make my order again. I tried twice. This company is a scam.

I ordered boot cut jeans (petite). They were flare jeans and super long. I immediately emailed them and asked what te process was as far as returning them. Recd an email at 3:12 AM. They said they would give me credit for $8 and 20% off future purchases. I told them that I wanted to return them as I paid almost $50. Then another email came saying they would off $12 credit, again, came in the middle of the night. Then another email saying if I wanted to send the back, I would need to pay the shipping! I complained about that and another email came saying they would give me credit for $16. By this time, it just seemed more like a scam, so I agreed to the $16 credit. This place needs to be put out of business. They are scammers!

Like many other reviewers, I believe this company is a scam. The jeans were poor quality and did not fit as advertised. I’ve encountered repeated delays and vague responses while trying to process a return. Although customer service gave me a return address in California, I’m uncomfortable shipping the items due to the lack of transparency.

Definitely a scam! Jeans not Judy Blue jeans and very cheap! With Judy Blue you downsize, so these cheap imposter jeans are super small!

Had the most HORRIBLE experience with this company. Jeans were not as to be in description and sizing is off. You pay over $40 for jeans and they only want to refund you $12.

I have NEVER seen the most ridiculous, horrendous horrible product ever made. You've got to be kidding with advertising these jeans were Judy Blues. This pair of I honestly dont know what to call them cause they're not jeans. Here's the worst part. When I photo copied the confirmation order number. The company name they posted for conformation for the jeans order wasn't for Curveybody , it was for vaginal cream . Scam Scam Scam. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SCAMMER.

These are NOT Judy Blues! This is a company from China.. They are a fraud and will tell you to pay to ship the jeans back OR keep them and get $30 when you paid almost $80. Shut them down!!!!

The sizing was completely wrong. Not as described at all. When I asked to return them. They suggested I regift them ro someone who might need them and they offered me a 20% discount to purchase something else. I paid 46.00 for these jeans. After 6 emails I finally took a 50% refund simply because I am sick of dealing with them. I will make sure everyone i know knows not to purchase from this company

As other customers have stated their return policy is a joke and a rip off! Who would
want to buy another pair of jeans with their so called 20% off offer when you are not satisfied with the ones you received! Why spend more to send back and then Lose the cost of shipping plus cost of jeans you are not satisfied with!
Never order from this Company again!

The jeans are not what is advertised! They are very cheap quality, and mine were missing a front button. The company negotiated discounts with me, but would not send me a return shipping label or address.

0/10. The pants are horrible. They are a brown color first off, not the dark blue I ordered, the material is so cheap and thin, the button is hanging on by a thread. You do not get what is advertised. I wish I would have done more research before I bought.
I tried to return, and they are offering me a $8 refund. I paid $47.95 after shipping.
Customer service is awful. They said they get to decide once the product is returned how much you get back, and so will have to pay shipping.
I honestly could have bought better quality jeans from Shein.
Do not waste your money or time here with this Awful company.

These jeans are horrible, cheap material not even denim material so thin and horrible customer service, supposed to be a tall size they measure 29 inches, NO REFUND!! Buyer beware!!!

These jeans are ugly, sized wrong and in no way match product description. I ordered 2 Tall for myself 5'7 and 1 Average for my 5'4 daughter. All of them were too short. These are so ugly. Two bootcut are gigantic bell bottoms. The straight cut are also bell bottoms... I followed THEIR Return policy procedure; they do not follow their own policies. It became a ridiculous back and forth of partial refunds, coupons for future purchases(!) and veiled reassurances that the product I returned would not pass INSPECTION for the refund and any compensation would no longer be offered because of the 14 day clause in their return policy. The slow boat to China apparently takes longer than the policy was implied. These people are a disease and should be banned under any name, in the USA.

I purchased two pair of jeans from the company and when they arrived they were much too large. In order to get a refund you have to email the company support center to get a return address. I did that but three emails later, they are still arguing with me and trying to get me to keep the jeans, resell them and take a 30% discount on my next purchase. Each one of those three email responses from me all stated all I wanted was a return. I did not want any more jeans and they're refusing to do it. I filed to complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
