5 star company this is my second order and could not be happier. Arrived within a week curtains sit lovely on the windows. The curtain tracks are great
The curtain tracks are great, only made difficult by not having any instructions on how to put them up nor a video to watch on the website. We worked it out after an hour or so but someone less diy experienced might have struggled.

We hope this turned your negative experience into a more positive one and are very sorry for any inconvenience caused by the Transport company.

Years ago I bought order made lace curtains from them and paid decent amount of price. They were really good. After some years they got torn apart when we washed them.
So recently we bought pre-made ones which only cost 100 dollars including 30 dollar shipping cost.
These pre-made ones are cheaply made. You have to form and adjust pleats to suit your rail length. The strings got ripped when I pulled them to create pleats.
I will only recommend order made ones from my both experiences.

Reliable, accessible service and good quality product
Have ordered a few things from them including most recently ready made curtains. Ready made curtains are quick to deliver and good quality/price compared to other offerings online. The wrong size was delivered by mistake one time and they fixed it promptly.

Great range of drop lengths
This was the only place I could find shorter 137cm drop, sheer, pinch pleat curtains. Very happy with them. Would definitely order again.
