I wasn't familiar with the brand, however was impressed with the reviews of a lot of their products and particularly the one I purchased. Ordering was a smooth process and I really appreciated a small size available so I didn't have to spend more on full size when I hadn't used this before. Good delivery also.

I have thin curly hair. The old formula was perfect, got rid of what it needed to get rid and left my curls feeling soft and bouncy even without conditioner. This new formula dried out my hair in the shower and tangled it really badly. Took a lot of deep conditioner to untangle and curls dried flat. Very disappointed!!

Good products for my wavy hair. Easy to shop but I accidentally bought 2 same product instead of one. I couldn’t change my order even very soon after I paid so I left it. I think I will use them anyway.

Lovely products that actually work. I have tried numerous products for curly hair with very little success. I tried Curlsmith after my go to product was discontinued. I can thoroughly recommend them.

Disappointed that an email wasn't sent when the item shipped. Also, customer service was pretty underwhelming.

Brilliant products

This product has changed the entire look of my curls, very defined. I love the fragrance so much. Customer service was very efficient and shipping time was sufficient. I enjoyed being able to buy from you guys. A reward program would be nice.

Curlsmith was recommended to me by my daughter. Ordering was easy. I love the product. My only problem was that the bottle of the Weightless Cleanser was missing the factory seal under the cap. I have tried the CoWash and am very happy with my hair texture and curls. Thank you.

I love their curl products! I cannot speak to their customer service since I haven't had any issues that required me to reach out, but their products are amazing and I recommend them frequently.

Products came in a timely manner, even came 2 days before original delivery date. Everything came that was ordered, packaged nicely with no leaks or spills and also got my 3 samples as requested. Overall 10/10 experience shopping with Curlsmith!!
