Not a happy ending!!
Originally I was really pleased with the ease of service and when I received my product. I was told to cancel my subscription was easy, however, it’s proven difficult for such a simple task of cancelling this and once again I’ve been charged for something which I was informed by the customer service team that this has been cancelled and no payment will be deducted, however, this has happened again so not the best and I won’t be recommending Cured Pharmacy to anyone going forward.

Do not touch with a barge pole, not genuine
Went through a consultation today as wanted to take up there website offer of “Get Mounjaro 15mg at the cheapest UK price from £267.00 plus £20 off your first order with code Weightlossnew.” After the consultation it asked for my payment details and said I would be able to add discount code in the next screen and to proceed with payment. It immediately took the payment and no other screen appeared! I checked and they had taken £291.99 immediately. I then contacted them and spoke to Leo (who seemed to be on a mobile and outside as heard a lot of background noise not office noise) I questioned the payment not allowing me to enter discount code and he told me to use the One-Time new customer code next month instead! I also said I’d been charged more than advertised and sent him screenshots via WhatsApp and he then put me on hold to speak to admin. He then came back and apologised for the error on there website and the wording should not have said “plus £20 off”. I asked him to then honour the price as not my fault. So he said he would need to call me back after talking to a colleague. 5 minutes later he rang back to say they would not honour it and instead give me a full refund in the next 72hours and close my account. Still no refund after 21 days, messages being ignored as well.

The site is easy to navigate
The site is easy to navigate, the questions are logical and allow you to receive the appropriate advice. At 6 months you get a FaceTime call with a pharmacist to raise any issues you may have with the medication to ensure it’s working for you appropriately and to continue using the product safely.

I had not ordered for some months
I had not ordered for some months. Therefore I had to prove that I had been receiving from another company.
This took some time and it was frustrating, and as a friend was interested, she decided to order from somewhere else.
I can understand why.
The costs for the Mounjaro was cheaper here. Mixed information on delivery but it did come quickly once it was dispatched.
I like how their delivery is by Royal Mail as they work much better to deliver than any other delivery company.
Nicely packed first class as usual.
