Excellent service from Curchods Walton-On-Thames. From the first viewings all the way to completion, the team kept in regular contact and made the whole process as smooth as possible. Ben's proactive attitude, professionalism and knowledge ensured that things progressed quickly and made it the most stress-free move I have gone through.

The property was marketed as refurbished, with works taking place before the tenancy began. Once the paperwork was signed, it became clear that repairs and improvements stopped because the property was not presented as promised when I moved in. Over 18 months, the boiler failed three times, with the same issue recurring and leaving us without hot water and heating for days. Fixes were consistently short‑term and cost‑driven.
Curchods followed the landlord’s direction throughout and did not act impartially until after I engaged a lawyer. The tenancy concluded the same way it was managed — with unreasonable and unsupported deposit deductions, causing further unnecessary stress.
