Curchods were great from the beginning. They know the local market and were realistic as we required. Despite two setbacks, for which they were not to blame, the sale went through quicker than I had anticipated. Their attention to detail was wonderful, and once, the secretary came to my house to help get it ready for a surprise viewing! I am happy to recommend them to anyone trying to make this process as stress free as possible.

I was hugely impressed by the effort Amy, Kate, Gemma and the rest of the team at Curchods put into selling my property. They communicated clearly brilliantly with me throughout, and made what could have been difficult and stressful process far easier. I cannot thank them enough

Amy was excellent. We were unable to visit the property ourselves so she liaised with our daughters and gave us a lot of information and feedback and co ntacted the vendor to get answers to any questions we had.

Sadly, the marketing for our house was poorly managed and deployed - for example, agents consistently failed to tell prospective buyers key information. Curchods view of the market and thus price oscillated, with sales techniques we felt undermined its value. Alfie at Cobham much the exception to otherwise poor support.

Chose Curchods over 9 other local estate agents because of their authenticity - I was really put off by the aggressive sales pitches and silly gimmicks of some of their competitors. I wanted someone who would represent my home honestly, but who also knew how to source buyers, would work hard, and not just put up an advert on the internet and hope for the best. Ironically the house I also bought was also sold through Curchods, albeit a different branch.
