Mark and Lee were very responsive and helped throughout the process to keep it all on track. The office staff such as Millie and Chloe were always ready to help and keep us in touch with the process. It became a challenging end to the timetable and yet Mark was working it even when he was on vacation. A very professional team and they used their combined experience to help us through the sale. They know the Woking market well and will guide you expertly through the stressful times that occasionally occur during the sale and purchase of your home.

Curchods Woking succeeded in selling our home during a weak housing market whereas a previous local estate agent failed during a peak period. Curchods New Malden (Ruby) were absolutely fantastic. We bought our house using their services. Ruby was communicative, helped the chain to keep moving and we ultimately completed our house purchase within 4 months. Initially they took the time to understand our needs and had an excellent range of houses for sale. They did not waste our time showing us inappropriate houses. Ruby was approachable and conducted her job with integrity. We highly recommend Curchods to anyone looking to purchase a house.

I signed up with Curchods having had another agency fail to sell my flat and a failed sale.

I found the team frank, positive about what I had and, whilst realistic about the market, there was no push to reduce price, or lower my expectations, which was in contrast with the first agency I had signed up with.

They made sure the buyer was serious before taking my flat off the market and helped push things along as much as they could throughout.

Honestly the best experience I’ve ever had with estate agents.
