I unfortunately did not receive my order and had to reach out to my bank to initiate a dispute with the company. I did receive a refund, which I appreciate, but it’s disappointing because I genuinely liked the items I ordered. I had selected seven short sets for a great price of $27, as I wanted to get some for both myself and my daughter. I was really looking forward to relaxing with the sets once they arrived. I hope that the company can improve their order fulfillment
process in the future.

i got the order less than 24hours

What i dislike was the fact the company didn't reach out or check in the day the delivery was made. The company should have informed me on the day the delivery will be made to help me prepare to receive it. People have other things and places to be.

The quality of the clothes looked different on the website.
The t shirts are too light. I wasn’t smiling when I opened my order.

Bought multiple items from you, some t-shirts got torn around the armpit area but I let that slide, however bought your joggers of 14,000 first time I used it, it got filled with lint, returned it to your outlet and no remedy, your manager even spoilt what remained of it.

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE.
How can I place an order via the website, send mails and messages on IG about an update on a couple details and yet every single time I'm getting the same question and all the person can tell me is that "they are different people". Like, it's a message box for a reason. You go through it to stay updated. Plus changing operators doesn't change the customer nor the complain, hence, I just concluded that they were being non-chalant about it.

Good quality but the sizes are incorrect, I even bought a size larger than my usual size but it was still small for me.

The shirt and shorts are of good quality and fitted nicely.

The quality of material which I bought was not the same as before. The material is of low quality compared to the past. I am displeased about this order.
