First time that I’ve used this company and was quite pleased with their service although I feel there’s room for improvement! I ordered a prescription item but there was no contact to let me know that they had received the email with the attached information so after a few days I had to make contact and felt the response was quite slow. It’s important to know that an order for important medical items are being processed and when to expect dispatch and delivery even more so in this case as it was a temperature sensitive product .

The communication is excellent, they always check to ensure someone is in to receive the parcel as the pet drug I order needs to go straight in the fridge on receipt.
