Excellent

I have used Cura Pet on a few occasions now and on each of these occasions the service received has been excellent.

Crooks!! Sent me used faulty medication equipment

Ordered a very expensive piece of kit for a horse nebuliser (>£100) so that I had a spare. I did not need it straight away so left it stored safely (in the packaging it arrived in) in my house but when I came to use it a few months later, I found they had send me a used/faulty item. I contacted them and they refused to help me because I didn’t report it in 7 days. I assumed a “reputable” company would have sent me a brand new unused item, not a broken used one. I have learnt my lesson and will never order from them again, absolute crooks stolen over £100 from me.
