Need to massively work on Good Customer Service skills..
My order went completely wrong on 2 occasions..half of the items that were in stock when I ordered, were out of stock upon sending out to me, so I was offered replacement items which I accepted. Upon asking why they were out of stock when showing in stock upon ordering, I was more or less told it wasn't linked that way to be a live stock system? Which i find quite bizarre for such a large company. Upon ordering again for a salon size pedicure kit; I ordered some implement trays with free implements, to which I was told i would only receive one of two i ordered cos they were now out of stock yet well in stock when I ordered, and told i would receive a refund. Upon receipt of my implement tray there was no free implements!..which was what I actually needed! Upon raising my disappointment on yet a second order, i was told I would receive a refund..I wasn't even offered as way of apology to send out the implements as Individual items so I at least had one full set to make up for yet another order cocked up? When I contacted Jane in customer services yet again explaining that I found the lack of customer service quite shocking as I've never had this experience before from cuccio, and that I needed the implements most of all and that at the very least I would have expected them to be sent out individually to make up for them being missing, and my email stating this was ignored with no reply. I received a total lack of decent customer service to make up for not one, but 2 orders going wrong thru no fault of mine. I feel customer service from cuccio has gone downhill as in the past staff have sorted any mistakes above and beyond..no attempt was made to apologise for everything going wrong on 2 orders. Smaller companies go the extra mile, maybe cuccio need to work on their customer service too or they will lose customers.
