I have been using the system for a few years now and is easy to use and allows saving money on agent fees. Sometimes the software can be a bit tricky to navigate but it does everything needed and does it well. Their support team is quick and helpful also. Definitely able to recommend this.

My experience with Cubbi was great! I don’t need a real estate agent to manage the property but using Cubbi gives me some reassurance if anything were to go wrong. They provide really clear guidance and step you through the process. They were prompt in answering my query too.

Moving from using a real estate agent to manage your rental, to managing it yourself, is more of a daunting task than I envisioned. There is a lot of legalities, a lot of paperwork, and you need to be very organised. Cubbi worked brilliantly for me. I love that the lease, condition report, bond details and rent receipts are all located in the dashboard, and easy to find. Cubbi sends prompts to remind you of the next thing you need to do, and emails helpful details like the information you'll need to lodge the bond. My only issue was I had more enquiries than the mailbox can hold, but I was able to access all messages, and Cubbi always responded to my emails requesting help within four hours. I feel confident my t's are crossed, and my i's are dotted, and I'm not sure I could say that if I had of gone it totally alone.

I have been a client leasing with Cubbi for more than 5 years. I have always found their services to be efficient, thorough, helpful and professional. Cubbi has not only saved me financially but they have also assisted with any problems and queries relating to rental management instantly. I have no hesitation in highly recommending their services and professional on line platform.

I have been letting out my house on rent since September 2016 through Cubbi and with the dedicated and sincere support of Michael Gilbert and his friendly team.

There have been many instances where I have sought advice from the Cubbi team before I have taken decisions regarding rent increases, dealing with issues of apparent negligence by the tenants and housekeeping issues. I am pleased to announce that in every instance Michael and his team have been spontaneous to partake, advice and support me on professional approaches to issues.

Tenanting through Cubbi is easy & trustworthy. This is our second year with Cubbi & we couldn’t be more happy.

Rent and paperwork/admin online was all good.

Our only issue was when moving in, the property condition report was terrible - we had to spend a few hours of our own time updating the report to include significant damage to the house, in order to protect our own bond. We emailed the Cubbi agent but they did not offer to fix the problem.

I love renting through cubbi, they make the whole process easy and not to mention the great communication and service.

Effortless and easy to use platform for both tenant and lessor. Have had some minor problems over the years but none that have lasted long. Usually staff will follow up quickly.

Cubbi is great value for money and we have recommended it to many other landlords. They do all the hard work like leases and bond yet we can do the inspections etc to save a lot of money. They can do as little or as much as you like.

I am a big fan of Cubbi. I have been using the service for just under 2 years. It is simple, well thought out low stress. I haven't explored all aspects of the Cubbi offerings, but come the day that I do need to do that (such as a tenant changeover), i am confident that Cubbi has already walked down that "process path". It is important you have some form of a relationship with your tenant beforehand, which is pretty easy to achieve. Suffice to say, I have dramatically increased the level of service to my tenant and I have saved thousands of dollars in the process. Keep it up!

I am loving it with Cubbi. Low fee is great and what is even more satisfying is I feel I am in more control of my property.

Cubbi is great value for money and as a landlord, takes away a lot of the stress of renting out a property. Thankfully we have great tenants but should troubles arise, the mechanisms for resolution are there in the Cubbi platform. Customer service is also friendly and prompt in the event of queries.

The biggest frustration I have is the functionality and user friendliness of the dashboard - this could be substantially improved for both tenant and landlord use. The 'on-boarding' of a tenant also has a rigid structure which is not that adaptable to individual circumstances.

Everything is running smooth, very happy with the service

Can we have messages page ? so we can have a conversation between Owners & Tenants ?

It's a great service that saves me from having to pay a real estate agent to do what I can easily do myself.

I like the control of my property in my hands.
