Fantastic service today, we visited with a vague idea of what we needed for our bathroom refit. The staff were so friendly and knowledgeable, there was no hard sell at all, and we never felt under pressure. For each item we wanted, the staff gave us various options based on price and quality. I would highly recommend this company, we visited the Wakefield branch, and will be returning again very soon. Thanks again for being patient with us and giving great service.

This was our second time of using Clifton’s in Blackpool on Mowbray Drive. We had no hesitation in going back to them after using them for the first time last year. Rob sorted us out both times, very friendly, professional and helpful. Explained if we needed anything else to just get in touch and kept us informed on delivery etc. We had to swap and return things which wasn’t an issue at all. Really pleased with the service and the bathroom looks great! Thanks again to Clifton’s, especially Rob! 😊

The first thing you notice at Clifton (Hartford Way Chester) is their support, friendliness and knowledge with every question asked, which gave me the confidence and resolved my problem it made the whole process so easy. Cannot recommend them enough . A place you need to visit.

A young gentleman called jamie saw us and from start to finish he guided & advised us every step of the way 😊 he was so patient with us too, his expertise was second to none.

Good quality products at very reasonable prices, there’s less choice than some suppliers, but more than enough to satisfy most requirements. The staff were very helpful, Kellie was excellent in helping us with the design and selection. Providing useful suggestions and options, working up the layout so that we ended up with a wonderful bathroom. Would definitely recommend Clifton’s and Kellie.

We bought our bathroom just before Christmas, currently having it installed now, noticed the tiles were the wrong colour, we spoke to Caitlin and explained our situation, Caitlin was absolutely exceptional helping me choosing an alternative to suit our needs, no issues changing the tiles, Caitlin and all of the team at the Seactoft store have gone above and beyond especially Caitlin, we will definitely recommend to friends and family in the future, ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We bought a shower from Cliftons some time ago and had started having a problem with it getting hot. We went into the Bolton store and spoke to Anne who tried her best to get us the part we needed but because of the age of the shower she couldn't get the part. Anne showed us 3 new showers at different prices and we decided on one and Anne also recommended a few contractors for us to contact to fit the shower. The service Anne provided to us was 5 star she couldn't have been more helpful and we highly recommend the store at Bolton

Quality service from start to finish. Eden did our Bathroom design, and provided us will all materials required to complete our project. All at a very competitive price.

Hi we’ve just purchased a bathroom suite from you, excellent customer service from pablo in the leeds 14 store, very friendly staff, made us feel very welcome I would highly recommend these as great value for money as we was on a cheap budget.

Just had our bathroom from Cliftons Birkenhead fitted. Absolutely delighted with it. Great quality & very competitively priced .Brum( Andy) helped us immensely put together our dream bathroom. So patient & helpful, offering various suggestions, nothing was to much trouble. Thank you, your patience was much appreciated. Would recommend anyone who is looking for a new bathroom to go straight to Cliftons.
We did have a couple of issues with damaged items, but Brum sorted everything out & the damaged items were replaced without question the following day. Nicole also kept us very well informed on all aspects of delivery. That's what I call great customer service. Highly recommend 👌

Been looking around for new bathroom fittings. Came across the Worcester branch by accident. Dealt with Matt Simmons, the branch manager, who I must say was a credit to the company. From entering the premises he could not do enough for us. Nothing was too much trouble. He was knowledgeable and efficient looking up different products for us until we found what we liked.
