I bought an account 3 days ago for IOS. First account they gave me was google banned and I could not use on iPhone. Second account they gave me was a Facebook account with incorrect password so I could not log in they have told me that because I received account details they were not giving me a refund it’s now been 3 days I have been back and fourth with these guys the keep saying they are waiting on supplier to be online which he has not been for 3 days..

For steam market to be active, you will need to have a mobile authentication enabled for 15 days or have a steam guard via email enabled for 15 days on same device. That's basic mechanism of Steam, we don't provide phone number nor it would make sense for us to sell accounts with 15 days of guard enabled on our device.

Thus, market enabled solely means that account is ready to be used on market with your own mobile authentication or steam guard. Hope this helps!
