Translation Rejected by Italian Consulate
Update: I have received a refund. So, I can say I’m satisfied with customer service.
I had a very disappointing experience. The translator claimed to be certified by the Italian Embassy, but when I brought the document to the Italian Consulate, I was told that no such certification existed. The stamp used on the translation was not recognised.
On top of that, the translation contained multiple errors, including words that were not even Italian, and the consulate ultimately rejected the document.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this service.

We are deeply sorry to hear about your perception of the situation. We would like to clarify things further and address any concerns. We have made multiple attempts to reach you in order to discuss the errors you identified in the translation and rectify them for you, but unfortunately, we have not received a response.
Additionally, we are confident that the non-acceptance of the translation by the Italian embassy, as mentioned, is not related to the stamp. Our translations are fully verified by the Italian embassy, and we consistently receive acceptance from them for other clients. To emphasize, we handle thousands of translations every day, many of which are destined for Italian embassies worldwide, and we have not received any similar complaints from other clients.
For this reason, we requested an official proof of rejection from the Italian embassy, but we have not received any update on that request either. Our official procedures for refunds and rectifications require proof of rejection and a clear indication of the errors in the translation. We always respond promptly to claims, but we need the cooperation of our clients to ensure we achieve client satisfaction, which remains our ultimate goal.
We are truly sorry once again and sincerely hope to hear from you to resolve this matter.

Fast, Efficient and Cost Effective
The whole process was hassle free, very fast and efficient. The translation was perfect and met all my expectations. The payment process was simple and the work was carried out within one day. The translation fee was also very competitive and less than all other quotes I obtained. It also included a translator's certification.
