They did a great job
They did a great job. The only thing I noticed is not all the glasses were the same size/quality. There were a few that were slightly smaller and dont have the same weight or heaviness to them. Other than that the engraving they did was good quality.

Awesome!
I have worked with them a few times in the last 8 years. Can't say enough about how great they are. I'm in California, and everything is done by e-mail and over the phone. Very easy to work with, product always comes out better than expected. Super nice folks, too!

Amazing acrylics!
We had to buy a gift for a retiring president of a company who is a customer of ours and we thought one of our parts (that his company purchases the most) embedded into a piece of acrylic with some script on it would be a great gift.
We had a short window of time to get the job done 9 days - in that time I shipped the part we wanted in the acrylic, and had it made and shipped back to us a day early than our target date! They did an amazing job! I spoke with Benjamin as a sales consultant and sent the part to Brenda at the facility to be made. You guys are great!

Excellent company
Excellent company. I had a crystal award that had been previously etched and the vendor said they had used all the work space that you couldn't add anything. Took the award to another vendor, pretty much the same story. I then took it to Crystal Images and they did the job very quickly and looks like it was with the original etching.
Thank you Crystal Images for the fine work.
