Shot Glasses with initals
I appreciate the timely manner in which I recieved my glasses and everybody who saw them really thought they were classy. Especially the person to whom they were for he was shocked because he didn't expect his initials to be on them. They did come out great thanks Crystal Images. Will be back

Crystal images did an amazing job!! I needed a project done in a very short amount of time but they managed to help work with me in getting done on the deadline I needed and at a fair price. Will definitely be coming back to them for the future.

The folks at Crystal Images were so pleasant and helpful when I talked to them about a gift I was looking for. They created just what I wanted and got it to me in a very favorable timeframe. They even suggested a way to reduce the shipping cost. The recipient and I were completely pleased!

Products are nice but....
While the awards themselves are very nice, the communication is somewhat lacking. All emails go to a common address and one line responses are all I received. I had to send multiple emails requesting detailed information and would still only receive one-line answers each time. Also, I was disappointed that you are charged for the samples even when placing a large order. Most other companies are willing to provide a free sample.
