Life Savers!!!
The professionalism and product received was excellent. I found myself in an unfortunate situation due to another vendor canceling an order a week before I was supposed to receive. I reached out to Crystal Images in an emergency and from the start they assured me they could meet the deadline and I received the same product at a better price! Truly glad to do business with Crystal Images and will be the only ones I use for future corporate events! Thanks Crystal Images!

VERY Knowledgeable & Excellent Work
This was the first time for our non profit agency to use CI. I walked in with Waterford Crystal Whiskey Glasses to be etched. The customer service was great. The nicest people. VERY knowledgeable! The work they do is just amazing. We will continue to use them for anything we need engraved. A new vendor that I would recommend to anyone.
