Crystal Car Shipping Recensioni

THIs company is a scam. They collect money and never did the service. We report to the BBB for bad practice. Don't used is and scam.

This company is a hoax!!!! They are probably only good with one shipment after they start playing with the prices and not delivering on the agreement with the contract

Hi Casey
This is Michael. you helped me ship my car back in 2022. I have another car need to ship from the same destination.

Despite having the first transporter bail on us, my crystal Cars shipping assistant (Mateo), helped me find an immediate replacement. Crystal Cars, if nothing else, are a legit reliable car transport company

Great customer service I will use this company again for my transportation needs high recommend victor sebastiani

Excellent customer service with delivery time as scheduled and reasonable price rates for shipping my vehicle.

Mateo Richardson helped to deliver my BMW quickly and safe. Very recommend to work with him! 10 stars out of 5!

Amazing service. They were pretty quick in finding a driver and keeping me updated. Driver was super nice. Will be using them again for another car in the next months coming up.

MATEO was very helpful and worked hard to get my vehicle delivered quickly and safely and did his best to get the lowest rate going. Thanks!

The quote given was not even half of the final price. Crystal Car Shipping company was really nice on the phone and initially told me my car was $650 to ship from FL to Maine. Then they asked for my credit card. Once they had my credit card.... they called me a day later and quoted $1000 to possibly find a driver to take the car. I agreed. The following day, I decided I wasn't comfortable working with them. It seemed sketchy. I called and requested to lower my offer/"bid" and/or not go forward with the deal that was a week away. They didn't have a driver yet and no one would have been financially injured by me walking away from the whole deal. They refused and said I could not change my price and/or mind with using them. They would charge me $200 on my credit card if I decided not to use them. Not a reputable thing to do! Professional car transport companies allow you to make changes without charging your credit card. Buyer beware.

Mateo was the hardest working bro ever—- deeply appreciated the time he put in making things go!

It's my second time using this service - definitely five stars! Ethan Davis, my contact, is very responsive and detailed.

Easy transportation! Charles was helpful.

Very good service . Driver came a little late, but things happen. Driver call me and let me know reason for the delay.
Mateo Richardson was very good and in top of everything also keep me informed at all the time Ty

Ethan Davis was a great help! He stayed in contact with me the whole time and was very helpful!

I was helping my friend who doesn’t speak English. Luckily we were talk Charles. Charles was professional, patiently listening and help our situation.
Thank you 🙏
And for Crystal Car Shipping

Ethan found me a good price to move my car from LA to the Bay Area. Good communication, fast same day delivery. Highly suggest working with them.

Great company, had a wonderful experience. Alfred Ellis is the go to guy. He is very communicative and will see through to the end till you get your delivery. I Will definitely recommend him. You won’t be disappointed!

Aiden did his job diligently and was able to help me transport my son's inoperable Mercedes CLK350 car from Arlington, TX to Houston, TX. Although prices changed from one driver to the next because they have to find one that has a winch, I am just glad that it made it to Houston in a speedy manner. It was picked up at 3:30 pm and arrived in Houston the following day at 8:30 am. The cost to transport is still a little bit lower than the others. I just appreciate how Aiden patiently looked for a driver to transport the car. I just wished that I was notified when the car was picked up but it arrived to Houston quickly so overall the experience was great! I highly recommend this company!
