Love the Products but the customer service leaves a lot to be desired.

Ordered items to fix my existing shower head & newly purchased items on 24/10 my delivery took a few weeks to come, a large amount of the items were missing, after numerous emails requesting updates I am yet to receive a satisfactory response or resolution in the way of a refund for the missing purchased items, I have had to resort to opening a PayPal case. It is impossible it seems to get a hold of anyone under their preferred contact method of email or via their website contact us form. Disappointing really considering the products are good ones & I have a lack of confidence in ordering the items again to fix a problem with my existing shower head.

I am still waiting for my order. The delivery was supposed to arrive 1-2 days. Have been waiting for a week.

This is a great company and product. There was a delivery problem for replacement crystals. Once the company was informed they immediately sent out a replacement pack for me which arrived quickly. The problem was with Royal Mail not the company. The crystals really do boost the shower flow too!

Great shower head, definitely noticed the difference in reducing the hard water.

Fats delivery and incredible product - My whole body felt nourished and cleansed after using the shower head, it was that good I could have stayed in the shower all day and just let the water run over me.

I have not received my parcel and have contacted the team and have not had a response, however have received this email from your team today. Please may the parcel be chased or a refund be sent to my account?. Regards, Keighley

Ordered shower head. Advised 1-2 days for delivery. Arrived on second day. Easily fitted. Great product everyone in the household delighted with the product. 5 star for service and product.

Highly recommend this it’s made a massive difference to my skin and hair. The water feels better and I’ve noticed my eczema is much better too. I’m very grateful I could buy this and delivery was quick too.

I 100% recommend the shower head it’s been 10 days I really like how it’s look 😊 tiny little Cristal, made my skin and hair softer. I was looking something like this for so long but everything was too expensive and needed space to put big machine for soften the water. Now I feel happy my water is not hard anymore. I already told three of my close friends to get one.

I’ve been wanting to try the Crystal Shower head for a while but was a little bit skeptical. Finally purchased one and I’m so glad I did. It does not disappoint. The main reason for purchase is because I suffer with eczema and since using, my eczema has definitely improved. My skin doesn’t seem as agitated and as result of less scratching, looks less red and aggressive. Will definitely be repeat purchasing.

This shower head doesn't work at all, the pressure only works if the head is right next to the pipe - othwewise, there is no water coming out of it at all.
Would not recommend at all.

Love this! Quick delivery, fits in easily and provides great pressure which the last shower head was lacking! Really pleased!
