Scam
Scam, I bought an account with 1k hours here and got one with literally 1 hour. I contacted them on Discord and he actually said "playing the game fixes the issue".
And I did contact you via Discord and your website multiple times asking for a refund via Discord - After 1 day you replied "It doesnt work like that".
You are literally lying about me not having opened a ticket, lol.
Used the account in the wrong way? lol, dude I sent you screenshots of it only having 1 hour.
I wanted to buy an account to play with right away, not multiple days later.

Risposta di CryoGames
Hello,
In most cases when there are no hours on the account playing the game actually fixes the issue. We use a software that is only artificially telling steam that it is playing the game. To sync the hours with your steam account you have to actually click on ‘Play’.
We do not see any tickets made from you about this issue. All tickets on our website have been solved and answered. We do not provide refunds if the product is working. You could have played on the account right away, there are no issue with the account itself.
If you’d like to have us look at your issue I recommend you to contact us at https://cryogames.net/contact
Wow!
Quick response. If I have to sum up my experience in this case, I would only write : the best games selling site. All kind of games for only few pennies!
