Crush Research Supply Company was set up to provide researchers access to high quality research neuropeptides at affordable prices. Every product has multiple vials tested for mass and purity as well as have endotoxins tested. The prices are among the most competitive in the US research vendor market. Rory, one of the co-owners established a following on social media as Peptok talking about outrageous pricing and subpar testing. He started the company to demonstrate a better model was possible. However low prices and high quality mean nothing without excellent customer service. Every question and email is addressed personally, and every effort is made to address any issues. Crush Research might not be the largest company in the research peptide business, but we pride ourselves on transparency, price and quality.

If you understand supply chain logistics and quality control, you already know the gray market is flooded with drop-shippers hiding behind manipulated, flat-line mass spectrometry graphs and fake "Made in California" labels. Rory at Crush Research is operating in a completely different league.

Actually, I didn’t technically need customer service. Due to a computer glitch, my order of flash sale product didn’t go through. The owner just straight up went out of his way to help me out and made sure I got some product and at the sale price.

Rory is fabulous to work with. Answers questions quickly and delivery is very fast. My only complaint is that he is frequently out of stock, but he is working diligently to increase stock.

I have used several research companies before but Crush has definitely CRUSHED (in a great way) all of my expectations. process of buying is simple and effective. shipping is fast and Rory is communicative. Stock is low but I am know its a matter of supply and demand. this is definitely something i know will improve. im here for the long run

Hi! We agree with this statement unfortunately. The demand for the best priced and tested research products has been overwhelming. No matter how much we scale up, we struggle to catch up. Every dollar is put back into inventory however and the size doubles every order. We appreciate all customers and can understand the frustration. We feel it as well.
