Can't be trusted to deliver on time
I placed my order well in advance to make sure it would arrive on time, but I have been told it will not be delivered until significantly after the date I requested. I am extremely disappointed, as I had planned everything around the original delivery date and now have been left inconvenienced. I will now have to scramble to find a replacement.
Edit in response to the reply: Maybe you shouldn't have let people place orders and pay when you knew you were going to be unable to fulfil the request. If that information had been on your website I would have been able to make alternative arrangements in time.

We’re really sorry this caused inconvenience. As a small family business, we took our first break in a year during Easter. Any customers were informed before placing orders and refunded promptly. It’s disheartening to receive a negative review from someone who never tried our bakes, especially when we did everything we could to communicate honestly and respond quickly.
